What do you do at TimeForge?

I’m a TimeForge Educator
How long have you been working with TimeForge?
Since September of 2011, so about 9 months so far
What’s your favorite part of working at TimeForge?
Talking to our great customers and helping them make their lives easier with TimeForge. Before I started this job, I never realized there were so many different ways to create a schedule.
How do you make the lives of TimeForge customers better?
I spend my time educating our customers on the different features that TimeForge has to offer and showing them how to save both time and money by taking advantage of these features.  I’ve talked to managers who spent close to a full day creating a schedule before using TimeForge.  By freeing up that time, they are able to focus on more important things, like customers!
What was your first hourly job?
When I was about 14 I worked at a bank, shredding old reports.
What was your first restaurant or retail job?
I worked at a family owned fast food restaurant. I did a little bit of everything but mostly worked as a cook in the kitchen. I did occasionally get to try and create schedules. I wish I had had TimeForge then.
What’s your favorite hobby?
Watching Riley, my nephew, play sports.
What’s your favorite sports team?
Any team Riley is playing on.  So right now, the LCAA Celtics.
Do you have any pets?
I shared a Pug named Maddie with a roommate.  Unfortunately when my roommate got married, Maddie went to live with her and her new husband.  I miss her!
