Meet Jean, one of the newest members of our team. Jean is a French speaker and provides valuable French support and translation for TimeForge and its sister products.

What’s your name?

Jean Wadson Alphonse.

What do you do at TimeForge?

I provide French translation and support for TimeForge and its sister product, Datedechoix. Datedechoix.com is an easy-to-use appointment booking software and class reservation system for sole practitioners and businesses of all sizes. But we offer more than just online booking. Our software includes client management tools, flexible staff scheduling, great reports and forms configuration .

How long have you been working with TimeForge?

3 months.

What’s your favorite part of working at TimeForge?

The teamwork and rewards. Everybody from the team cooperates, using their individual skills and providing constructive feedback in order to meet our company’s metrics and quotas. The salary is great and on time. 

How do you make the lives of TimeForge customers better?

I acquire the most possible knowledge in order to provide excellent and effective customer service. Like other members of the team, I work hard to be an expert in the software and help customers solve their business challenges.

What was your first hourly job?

I provided technical support at a local call center as a Bilingual Remote Access Technician.

What was your first restaurant or retail job?

My first retail job was at my father’s store as a sales supervisor.

What’s your favorite hobby?

Sound mixing and musical productions.

What’s your favorite sports team?

Miami Heats.

Do you have any pets?

No.
