What do you do at TimeForge?
My ultimate priority is the customer’s experience. I am tasked with challenge of making sure every customer that uses TimeForge is taken care of and given the right information. I provide the education necessary to make informed decisions and trust that TimeForge is committed to fulfilling their labor management software needs.
How long have you been working with TimeForge?
Since February 2014.
What is your favorite part of working with TimeForge?
The positive work environment and the opportunity to make yourself as valuable as you want to be within the company. The sky is the limit here at TimeForge.
How do you make the lives of TimeForge customers better?
I keep customers informed and in the loop about our various products. I build trust with our customers by shooting straight with them and coming through on my promise that when I say I will get it done, I do just that.
What was your first hourly job?
Quiznos’ Subs’ Sandwich Maker
What is your favorite hobby?
Training my two Great Danes!
Are you in school?
No, I have already completed my degree and attended grad school.
What is your favorite move?
The Dark Knight (Soon to be replaced by the Godzilla remake that is coming out May 16, 2014).
Do you have any pets?
Two Great Danes!
