Want to send messages to employees at multiple stores? Our latest feature will let you do exactly that! Quickly identify specific staff members across your stores to send a message , or address a message to entire stores, or individual job codes. With TimeForge, it’s now easy to send messages to the necessary staff members.
To access this feature, simply go to the “Corporation Settings“, and click on “Schedules“, then choose ” “Messages”. Then, send a message!
Some examples of how you might use this new functionality include:
- Send a message to all General Managers across multiple stores about an upcoming special, or new HR procedures.
- Reminder all staff members of a meeting, or a uniform change.
- Target individual stores within a region, and send a message to the General Managers and Assistant Managers about their lagging (or amazing) sales for the month.
