TimeForge Dashboard

Table of Contents

The TimeForge Dashboard — your Today page — is the first thing you see when you log in. It shows the information that matters most to your role, right away, without navigating through menus.

The Dashboard has three tabs: Location, Personal, and Calendar. Each serves a different purpose depending on whether you’re a manager or an employee.

Location Dashboard

The Location tab is built for managers. It shows operational data for your location — who’s scheduled, who’s clocked in, recent log entries, pending requests, and labor costs at a glance.

Available widgets on the Location dashboard:

  • Today’s Schedule — See who is scheduled, their shift times, and whether they’ve clocked in.
  • Labor Overview — View scheduled cost, scheduled hours, attendance cost, attendance hours, and the variance between scheduled and actual labor.
  • Pending Requests — Review time-off and availability requests awaiting manager approval.
  • Daily Log Entries — See recent log entries across all categories (training, discipline, notes, etc.).
  • Weekly Sales — View sales data for the current week, filterable by sales category.
  • Clocked in Staff — See who is currently clocked in.
  • Pending Shifts — Review shift swaps, open shifts, and bid shifts awaiting approval.
  • Unconfirmed Shifts — View scheduled shifts that employees haven’t confirmed yet.
