Have you met Diego, yet? He’s a member of our rockstar support staff. If you’ve called our support line or emailed us a question in the past two years, chances are you’ve heard from him. We’re excited to shine the employee spotlight on Diego this month because he’s been an amazing member of the team. He was also featured in our blog earlier this month with his article on how to use TimeForge to manage changes in employee availability and enforce health guidelines. In his article, Diego explains some easy ways you can take advantage of TimeForge to cope with COVID. Keep reading to learn a bit more about who he is and what he does here at TimeForge.
What’s your name?
What do you do at TimeForge?
I primarily handle the support side of TimeForge. Whenever a customer calls in or submits a support ticket, they’re likely to receive a response from me.
How long have you been working with TimeForge?
I’ve been a part of the TimeForge team since August of 2018.
What’s your favorite part of working at TimeForge?
Every day presents a new opportunity to help out a customer. I enjoy finding solutions to a customer’s question or issue.
How do you make the lives of TimeForge customers better?
Working on support, I get help out customers directly. This means I sometimes have the opportunity to listen to some feedback on how we can make TimeForge better. When a customer has an exciting idea, I make sure to move the idea along so we can improve our customer experience.
What was your first hourly job/your first restaurant or retail job?
My first hourly job was working as a waiter at Brookdale Senior Living.
What’s your favorite hobby?
I’m kind of a cinephile. During my spare time, I love watching movies, talking about movies, and reading about movies.
What’s your favorite sports team?
I’m unfortunately a Dallas Cowboys fan.
Do you have any pets?
Not at the moment.
